Pediatrics Practice Announces Start of Weekend Hours in the Robinson Office

Weirton, WV – September 8, 2009

In response to the growing demand for pediatric care in the Pittsburgh Airport area, First Steps Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine announced today the launch of “FSP Weekend Hours” at their Robinson, PA office.

Beginning September 19th, FSP will alternate Saturday Hours between its Robinson Twp office and its Weirton, WV office. Under this plan, Saturday Hours for September 26th will be offered in the Weirton office and shall alternate in Robinson, weekly thereafter.

Both offices will offer WellCare and AcuteCare appointments with alternating location coverage. “As the Flu season builds, most appointments will be reserved for acute illnesses, lessening the need for an ER visit on a Saturday or waiting for a Monday appointment” said Dr. Anna Suray, medical director of First Steps Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine. “Saturday coverage continues to be a growing need of the communities we serve and we are excited to offer this service.”
